Timeliness policy

 

Liceo considers it vital to be on time in delivering orders. Unlike other companies, on its website is indicated the delivery date instead the shipment date. At the moment of the purchase, the clients can be sure of the exact date they will receive the order.

 

Liceo offers its clients the Liceo On-time Guarantee: If an order is not received on the indicated date and the company is responsible, Liceo will proceed to the corresponding refund.

 

Considerations about delivery times

 

  • Liceo offers for the same product different delivery times, according to client's choice, with different prices: 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 working days.
  • The delivery times depend on working days of courier companies, so Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays are not considered.
  • Delivery times consider only the transit days of the order. It's necessary to add two days to the delivery time: the purchasing day and the delivery day.
  • Delivery times are only 100% guaranteed in metropolitan areas. For clients living away from this areas it's recommended to communicate the fact to Liceo in order to get the best possible delivery service.
  • All orders are sent by UPS courier company.

 

Considerations about the application of the Liceo On-time Guarantee

 

  • Liceo offers different delivery times with different prices. For example, the 7 days delivery price is higher than the 10 days delivery price.
  • Orders with standard delivery time (10 and 15 days): In claims accepted, Liceo will proceed to the refund of the 10% of the amount.
  • Orders with urgent delivery time (1, 3, 5 and 7 days): In claims accepted, Liceo will refund the amount corresponding to the delay. For example, if the purchase is made with a 7 days delivery time and it's been delivered in 10 days, Liceo will refund the difference of price between 7 and 10 days delivery service.
  • Special cases with 1 and 3 days delivery time: If the client requests it, Liceo will collect the merchandise and refund the whole amount.
  • In all applications of the guarantee, the refund will be the most advantageous for he client. For example, if the purchase is made with 7 delivery days and it's been delivered with 8 days, Liceo will refund the difference of price between 7 and 10 days delivery service.
  • Liceo is not responsible for delays outside of its management and control (delays that are the fault of the courier, absence of the client, cases of force majeure...). However, Liceo will do everything possible to make the courier company delivers the merchandise as soon as possible.
  • Claims must be done within 24 hours after the date that the order should have been received. No claims will be accepted after that deadline.
